Chase Center - San Franciscos Home of Sports and Entertainment

Chase Center is one of San Francisco’s most prominent modern sports and entertainment venues. Opening and Development
Construction of Chase Center began after years of planning. The project broke ground in January 2017 and was privately financed by the Golden State Warriors.

The arena officially opened in September 2019, with a grand-opening concert featuring Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony.

The opening event reflected the venue’s broader purpose. Chase Center was not designed only for basketball games. From the beginning, it was planned as a flexible arena capable of hosting concerts, family entertainment, sporting events, conventions, and other large-scale productions.
